♻️ Impact Vastgoed wants to transform Monument Plesmanduin as sustainably as possible. Part of this is the realisation of good insulation, the installation of new windows and the building will also be connected to a heat/cold storage system, the houses will have energy-efficient underfloor heating and floor cooling.
In view of our nature, the ambition remains to build completely gas-free.
